Who am I?
A few words about me
Gwendolyn Sheveland CSI, LMT
Gwen began massage school in Seattle in 2004 after recognizing the necessity of massage to help with post triathlon soreness. Her focus there was myofascial release. To augment her understanding of the body, she pursued training as a yoga instructor.
The importance of Structural Integration became evident as Gwen was needing therapy for an arm injury. With many therapeutic treatments available, Structural Integration was the approach that led to pain relief and a fully functional range of motion.
After a move to Spokane and becoming a mother, Gwen pursued training to become a Certified Structural Integrator.
While running her private practice, she is also an Instructor of Anatomy at Therapeutic Connections School of Massage.
She, her family and her corgi, enjoy hiking and kayaking in the Inland Northwest.
